In an ongoing effort to enhance the waterfront, this project includes the renovation of a neglected historical structure into a police station, and the addition of a new multi-use beach facility with restrooms, storage, and maintenance space. A new public plaza provides a gateway to the beach, linking the area to Oceanside’s central core.
