Merge CV is a new contemporary neighborhood center designed to introduce density and emphasize walkability, while complementing the scale of its mostly residential community. Situated on a 4-acre site within San Diego’s North County region, Merge contains 30,000 SF of Class A retail, restaurant and office space oriented around large patios and breezeways linked to surrounding public sidewalks. The project contains a subterranean parking structure as well as on-grade surface parking.
