Two louvered canopies were installed on the Lusail Pedestrian Bridges in Doha, Qatar this week.
The canopies are incorporated into steel cables that are affixed to two concrete pylons that both support and link the twin bridges. Eight canopies in all will provide shade and shelter from the desert sun over what will be glass-bottomed rest/refreshment/cafe spaces on the bridges walking paths.
